Required before production launch: the repository does not contain a verified registered business name, legal form, postal contact address or Swiss business identification number. Those details must be confirmed and added here before this page is treated as a complete provider disclosure.

Enquiries and contracts

The website brief on this website prepares an email in the visitor's own mail application. It does not submit an order, accept a proposal, confirm availability or create a service contract. Any engagement, scope, fees and contractual terms are agreed separately in direct communication.

Content responsibility

Website content is prepared with care but does not constitute legal, financial or guaranteed savings advice. External links are provided for context; responsibility for external content remains with its respective provider.

Privacy Notice

How personal data is handled.

This notice is written for the current static implementation. It must be reviewed whenever hosting, email, analytics, embedded services or the contact process changes.

Controller and privacy contact

Alindro, Switzerland, is the contact responsible for privacy questions concerning this website. Requests can be sent to info@alindro.ch. A verified postal address must be added before production launch.

Data processed through the website brief

The brief can contain a name, work email, organization, website type, current website or plan, desired result and known constraints. The website does not send or store these fields. JavaScript prepares a mailto: link or copies the brief to the clipboard. Data is transmitted only when the visitor sends it through an email application.

Contact data is used to assess the enquiry, communicate with the sender, prepare a possible engagement and retain necessary business records. Visitors should not include confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal data in the first message.

Website access and hosting

A production host may process standard technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider, processing location and log-retention period are not defined in this repository and must be added to this notice when deployment is configured.

Cookies, analytics and third-party content

  • The current website does not set analytics or marketing cookies.
  • A first-party measurement adapter is present in the website code but disabled. Without an explicitly configured same-origin endpoint, it sends no events or network requests.
  • If measurement is enabled in future, this notice must first identify the processing, purpose, data fields, retention and infrastructure.
  • Fonts use the visitor's system and are not requested from Google Fonts.
  • No maps, videos, social widgets or remote tracking pixels are embedded.
  • Opening an external link transfers the visitor to that provider under its own privacy terms.

Recipients and transfers abroad

Contact emails may be processed by the sender's email provider and by Alindro's email provider. Hosting and email providers may use processors in other countries. The providers, destination countries and applicable safeguards must be documented when the production infrastructure is confirmed. Alindro does not sell contact data.

Retention

Enquiry and business correspondence should be retained only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage a possible business relationship, establish or defend claims and meet applicable record-keeping duties. A concrete deletion schedule must be confirmed with the production email and document-management process.

Rights

Subject to applicable Swiss data-protection law, individuals may request information about their personal data and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted where the relevant conditions are met. Requests should identify the person and the relevant interaction so they can be handled securely.

Automated decisions

The website does not make automated decisions about visitors and does not automatically accept, reject or price an engagement.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website's processing activities or production providers change. The revision date at the top indicates the current version.
